To connect with their growing community of Hispanic shoppers, Stater Bros. returned to its roots as a caring, family-founded local grocer to earn a seat at the table.

Not just in-store, but in the community. As Stater Bros. rebranded, they kept their local community at heart. We created a shopping experience that opened the doors to families of all shapes and sizes — from renovated store interiors, to revamping their product selection, to launching their first brand campaign in decade.

our partnership.

In preparation for Stater Bros.’ internal brand launch across 172 stores and 18,000 employees, Megan contributed to the creation of a comprehensive brand guide and rollout strategies, held messaging workshops and training sessions, and generated a bespoke curriculum to maximize brand adoption.


Focus groups with honest local grocery shoppers helped us create a vibrant brand experience — not only refreshing the decor, but crafting the messaging and product selection to reflect the real needs of real families.
